Cancellation and Refund Policies: You may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 6hrs. hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

Complaints and Grievances: If you have any concerns or complaints about our Services, please contact us promptly so that we may address them. We will make every effort to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Payment Mode

App, Online, NEFT, Cheque, and Cash payment accepted. For cash/cheque pickup amount should be more than 2500/- any amount below that should be paid online.

 
Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the provision of Services upon written notice to the other party.

The Client may terminate Services without penalty within 48 hours of the initial service visit. After this period, a termination fee may apply.

The Company reserves the right to terminate Services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms or if the Company determines that the provision of Services is no longer appropriate or feasible.

Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of Services except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its staff from any claims arising out of the Client's use of the Services.
